The new software should make your shopping experience a whole lot easier than any that we have had in the past. The only downside is that you will not be able to view your past orders from the other site. We also need you to create a new password because we were unable to transfer passwords securely. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we refused to risk any security breach with this new stage in our companies development.

Simply go to the "Sign In" page and click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link and then enter the email address that is associated with your account and hit "Submit". Give the system a few minutes and then go check your email for a link that will take you to a secure page to enter a new password for your account.
