Credit Card Orders
If you will be paying for your orders with a credit card please make sure that the all of the information you use for your account is the same as the billing information for your credit card or our credit card processor will decline your transactions.
If your transaction is declined your bank may show a pending transaction. Your card was not actually charged. Your bank did approve the amount but our bank declined the transaction for some reason. Most of the time if you are declined it is an AVS (Address Verification System) issue. If this is the case please modify your account information to match your credit card billing statement to resolve the issue. The transaction that you see on your statement is only a pending transaction and our processor will not be taking that money.
Here is what happens with a credit card transaction.
1. You enter your information for approval.
2. Our processor asks your bank if the funds are available.
A. If the funds are available then our processor will process your
information for approval and your order will be shipped.
B. If the funds are not available the transaction ends and you are
declined.
3. Processing the transaction
A. If our processor is satisfied that all of your information is
correct then the transaction is approved.
a. Your bank is debited for the amount of the purchase and your
package is shipped.
B. If your billing and shipping addresses do not match that of the
credit card you are declined.
a. Our processor leaves the money in your account even though
your bank has approved the amount.
* If your transaction is declined call your bank to see what their policy is with the funds held for the transaction. Most banks normally release the funds after 48 hours but if you need to there are always methods to get them released earlier.
IMPORTANT: If you are from outside the United Sates and are having trouble using your crdit card please try the Paypal payment method offered at the checkout.
