In House Wheeler Black Shader

In House machines are made entirely in our machine shop. We manufacture everything on these machines except for the black screws. The wheeler style machines are precision machined from air craft aluminum on our cnc machining center. Our coil cores are made of a special material that is quite difficult to machine but there is nothing better on the market. The shaders are wound with 10 layers of #26 magnet wire. These run at a little higher voltage but pull very strong and do not heat up.
