Q: I am from outside the USA, why does my credit card keep getting declined.

A: Our credit card processor has a really hard time verifying foreign billing addresses. Please use the Paypal payment method in order to complete your transaction. We ship Internationally every day.

Q: Why is m credit card is getting declined? I know that I am entering the correct information.

A: Please make sure that you are logged in and go to the http://www.needlejig.com/address_book.php Make sure that your billing address has the exact name and billing address that your credit card uses. If you have moved recently and changed your billing address then try your old billing address because it takes langer for the system to get updated than the bank thinks.

Q: Why can't I log into my account? I am sure that my email and password is correct.

A: We could not transfer the encrypted passwords to the new web site software so all existing customers must use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset their password. Just enter the email address address that you use for your account and hit the "Submit" button. Then check your email and click the link within that email to be taken to the page that will allow you to reset your password. Sorry about the inconvenience but it is the only way that we could keep your passwords and access to your accounts secure.

Q: Why is it I can not get past the personal details page at the checkout?

A: There seems to be a problem with making permanent address updates during the checkout process but we are working on a solution. Please make all personal detail changes through the address book that is located on the 'my account' page . Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully we have this solved soon.

Q: Why is my credit card getting declined when I am entering the correct billing information during the checkout?

A: Please make all address changes in the address book not at the checkout. There seems to be a glitch that is not allowing address changes at the checkout and we are working on a solution.
